Yolanda Cooper is a Texas registered cosmetologist from Oklahoma City, OK by way of Paris, Texas that has always had a love for natural hair. She received a degree in Business Management from Le Tourneau University in 2002 and shortly thereafter began doing friend’s hair out of her Dallas, Texas home while working in corporate America. However, Yolanda knew it was finally time to pursue her true passion full throttle. In 2009 she attended Aveda Cosmetology Institute of Dallas while interning for celebrity stylists. After excelling in school and receiving her cosmetology licensure, she was encouraged by her mentors to start a company that combined holistic practice and cosmetology. From there Everlasting Vessel Of Love (EVOL) was founded. Since starting EVOL, Yolanda has styled for celebrities, numerous athletes, and over 200 other individuals looking to care for their hair naturally and is currently studying to add Trichology to her list of expertise. Yolanda believes and stands firm in her philosophy that EVOL is a hair wellness first entity and that we must love thy hair from the inside out! Along with her dedication to hair, Yolanda embraces her role as a wife, mother, believer in Christ and active philanthropist on a daily basis.
